Return Policy:

Return requests need to be within 30 days of delivery.

If parts/items are defective or damaged upon reciept, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange/return.

We will need photos of the damages and of the box you received your parts/item in for a possible insurance claim on our end with our suppliers.

We are located in Queens, New York City, USA. Please contact us via message, email, social media or phone with any questions or concerns!

New part(s) and items must be in new condition with all original retail/dealer packaging, accessories, labels, etc.

All used parts are tagged with serial numbers, photo/video documented, and double-checked for proper function prior to being processed for shipping.

We will not readily accept installed and/or tried parts. This means if you "test fit" a part/item, it will void your warranty with us. Please provide a VIN number and ask for fitment information prior to placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any parts or items we deem to have been installed, test fitted, damaged by customer, used, or does not meet the above stated criteria.

Cancelation Policy:

An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up to 12 hours after confirmation. All orders are processed as soon as possible! Due to this fact, it is not always possible to cancel with our partner network of dealers, suppliers, and warehouses. If the request to cancel an order is received later than 12 hours of the original order confirmation, the order may be treated as a return request and subject to eBay's standard return policies.
